We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll help.
Changing your mind
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@thegardenershub.uk, providing your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You can try on clothing to check the fit, just as you would in a shop. Please take reasonable care of items while they are in your possession. We may make a deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Returning an item
Please contact us before posting a return so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of posting.
Please do not send returns directly to our printing partner unless we’ve instructed you to do so.
Refunds
When you cancel your entire order within the statutory cancellation period, we’ll refund the product cost and the original standard delivery charge. Any additional charge for an upgraded delivery service does not need to be refunded.
We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs if available.
We’ll arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Where a return is required for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
Print-on-demand products
Our standard designs are printed to order. This does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.
If we introduce genuinely personalised products in future, different cancellation rules may apply. Any relevant restrictions will be clearly explained before purchase.
